Neat and practical units with coffee available, hot drinks plus nowhere to put toothbrushes in bathroom, and the staff were incredible. Downstairs bar was lovely.

I loved the property and its fresh made and well organised breakfast.

That was well-run and good quality hotel set in very pleasant area, next to the bars as well as York Minster. Everything was fine, I recommend.

Pretty standard and perfectly nice hotel with very knowledgeable employees at check-out The queen room with coffee, armchairs, shower gel shampoo. Excellent setting and restaurants and bars near the property. Also minute walk from the train station.

Our room with a view of the york walls was neat and practical with extremely comfy beds. The location was great and lovely, just 5 min walk from The Bars.

Fairly clean place with pleasant view of the cathedral. Very central location, really wonderful staff especially at the reception desk.

Tried good fresh fruit, fresh bread, pastries, and hot waffles. We were in a perfect and comfortable location near Right in the centre, a 15 minute walk to the city centre, and good pubs and the restaurant Skosh which is probably the best food in York.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad.

Gorgeous hotel, staff were exceptionally nice and the location was fab to everything good breakfast. The breakfast was delicious: you could find cereals, fruit, scrambled eggs, pastries and hot waffles. I had the double room which was contemporary and fully functional.

I recommend this property. It is in ideal and convenient location to National Railway Museum, set close to the hotel. The breakfast is freshly cooked and well organised, offered with many different offerings, every taste, a banana.

A nice size and fully-equipped room with comfortable bed and down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. Luxury bathroom, and coffee, climate control and blinds. Easy check in and in general very efficient service.

During my recent stay at Hampton, I had a delightful experience. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide range of delicious options that catered to everyone's taste. The kids were particularly happy with the variety of choices available.

Fine room with Tea, clean towels plus both wardrobe, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. Paid £ 81. Excellent service overall and parking on-site.
